Punta Cancun, Cancun

Punta Cancun is located between Km 8.5 and 9.5 of Cancun’s Hotel Zone. In this tiny section known as Party Center you will find a large collection of nightclubs, good restaurants, and some malls.

Any taxi or bus will do. They all pass through Punta Cancun. If you are not sure on which side of the road you are, simply ask to go to Party Center. Punta Cancun is, without doubt, the most lively place at night and you will recognise it by all the lights and laser paraphernalia from far away.

In Punta Cancun you will find countless attractions related mainly with the nightlife. Most of the nightclubs are located within this area and you can easily reach each anyone within walking distance. Here you will find famous mall Plaza Caracol, Mayafair, and Plaza Forum, each one has plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, jewelries, handicrafts and lots of shops to find the perfect souvenir from Cancun.

It is very easy to move along the hotel zone by bus. There is only one street, either you go towards downtown or towards the airport. There are two types of buses in the hotel zone: The regular ones charge $0.65 USD, and the brand new ones painted in blue with AC, charge $1.10 USD. You can't get lost. People are very friendly and helpful in any case.
